Career Pilot Training - Our professional pilot courses are designed for those of you who wish to have a career in aviation. Depending on which courses you enroll in, you can leave Monarch Sky with all the skills necessary to earn money as a professional pilot. We show you how to earn your ratings and build your experience in the least amount of time for the least amount of money. We also stack the deck in your favor by ensuring that you build the kind of experience that aviation employers are looking for. While it is nearly impossible to describe all of the ways in which one goes about becoming a professional pilot, we have illustrated 3 of the most common career paths for new aviation professionals and their associated costs.

Flight Training Options

We offer a variety of courses to meet your individual needs, including self paced or accelerated career training options. If you wish to enroll in an individual course, please select from one of the following:

Lodging and Transportation

We have partnered with Hampton Inn & Suites to provide comfortable and affordable lodging to our long term students. If you book through us, you will enjoy a corporate rate of $75 (plus tax) per night for a suite with a King size bed. A full breakfast and free transportation to and from the airport is provided.

We also periodically have apartments and/or condos for rent. These rentals come furnished and can be booked for a minimum of 3 months. For more information on our lodging options, please contact us using the the "Request More Information" button below.

For your transportation needs, we provide our students with use of our courtesy car, a 2002 Volkswagen Passat 1.8L Turbo. This sleek sedan gets great gas mileage and comfortably seats five. We offer this vehicle for $30 per day or $180 per week and includes taxes, fees and insurance.

About Monarch Sky / Diamond Flight Center

The company now has 2 divisions, Monarch Sky Flying Club and the Monarch Sky Diamond Flight Center (DFC). All of the Part 61 and Part 141 (pending) accelerated training is done under the DFC, while all Part 61 self-paced training is done through the Flying Club. Both divisions offer the same high quality instruction and access to the same equipment. Many choose to join the Flying Club and enroll in the DFC for their training. Despite our growth over the last few years, we have never strayed far from our roots. Some of the benefits that Club Members still enjoy include:
