Financial Aid - Responsive to financial matters

Obtaining flight instruction is a multi-faceted financial endeavor that is affected by variable factors?how much flight certification you’re seeking, the number of hours it takes you to actually complete your studies and the cost of fuel. It’s no secret that learning how to fly requires a substantial financial investment. And that’s why we have set up an accounting system that will allow you to know in advance exactly what you’re paying for and have online access to your current account balances at any time. After clarifying what you’re buying, the most common question is, "How will I pay for this?" Just know that we are a valuable resource in this department as well. We can direct you to many ways to finance your aviation education.

Utah Helicopter has an agreement with Utah Valley State College and their Global Aviation Degree Program. Through this program you can qualify for financial assistance to pay for flight training, as well as receive college credit for training toward an Aviation Science degree. Utah Helicopter provides placement assistance for graduates of the Career Pilot Program. We do our best to help graduates find employment. Our instructors and staff are constantly monitoring the job market. We can provide assistance locating job openings, building resumes, preparing for interviews and securing employment as professional helicopter pilots.
