Aer Lingus is currently hiring flight attendants.

Minimum Requirements

At least 21 years of age at closing date of application
Live within 150 miles road/rail commute of Dulles Airport
Possess current, valid passport allowing unrestricted travel
US citizen or permanently authorized to work in the US without restrictions
Have vision of at least 20/40 corrected
Minimum height of 5´ 2" with weight in proportion and can reach 6´ 3" in bare feet
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods of time
Able to handle objects up to 40lbs and handle beverage cart weighing 220lbs
Able to reach all emergency equipment onboard the aircraft
Able to fly a scheduled roster which consists of working varying shifts and irregular/unsociable hours
Have a minimum of an Associates Degree or equivalent
Have at least 2 years experience in a direct Customer Service/Sales environment
Prepared to spend time away (consecutive overnights) from base in Europe and time on call
Pass a post-offer physical abilities assessment
Able to swim 25 meters in a pool and tread water
