About FARNAIR Europe
FARNAIR Europe is a cargo and passenger charter airline based in Switzerland. FARNAIR Europe operates regular express air parcel services and individual passenger charter. The airline consists of FARNAIR Switzerland and FARNAIR Hungary, however it is widely known as FARNAIR Europe.
FARNAIR Europe operates out of its main base at Basel Airport and a secondary base at Cologne Bonn Airport. Its main cargo activities provide feeder services for third party logistics industries and ad-hoc charter for manufacturers. Passenger activities include supplying aircraft to government and relief agencies, ACMI services for regional airlines and ad-hoc flights for the events industry.
As of July 30th 2013, FARNAIR became the first Swiss Airline to obtain FOCA Cabin Crew Training Approval in accordance with the new EASA regulations.
