- U.S. Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Multi-engine land and instrument ratings
- High Performance and Complex Aircraft logbook endorsements
- 1,200 hours of total time
- 50 hours multi-engine
- Meet FAR Part 135.243(c) requirements including:
- 500 hours cross country
- 25 hours at night
- 100 total hours night
- 75 hours of actual instrument
- English Proficiency Endorsement
- Current first or second-class U.S. FAA medical certificate
- U.S. FCC Restricted Radiotelephone permit
- Passport from country where the applicant is a citizen
