ASTAR Air Cargo is a cargo airline based in Miami, Florida.

ASTAR operates about 40 aircraft and enables DHL and other customers, including the US Department of Defense and the United States Postal Service, to achieve overnight delivery of virtually any kind of cargo.

The carrier operates from a hub at Wilmington, Ohio.

ASTAR Air Cargo flies a fleet of 43 cargo equipped aircraft (A300, B727-200 and DC8).

Flight Crew Requirements

ASTAR Air Cargo is currently hiring second officers.

Minimum Requirements
• FAA ATPL
• 1,500 hrs Total Time (fixed wing)
• 250 hrs AMEL-PIC
• Class I Medical
• Current Passport
• Restricted Radio Telephone License
• Passed Flight Engineer Written within previous 24 months

• Type Rating preferred
• Minimum 2 years college preferred
