Flight Crew RequirementsColgan Air is rumored to be hiring up to 20 new pilots per month. Captain - Requirements • 3000TT with 1000 multi preferred 121 experience or • 2500TT with 1000 multi typed in an aircraft. First Officer - Requirements • Commercial License or Air Transport Pilot Certificate. • 600 Hours Total Time. • 100 multi-engine • Multi-Engine Current & Instrument Current • Possess a High School diploma or GED. • Valid driver’s license. • Currently hold a FAA First Class Medical Certificate • Ability to work with the public and under stressful conditions. • Must be able and willing to relocate to assigned bases. • Be willing to accept and work with changes in scheduling, including work on holidays and weekends. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986 Colgan Air is currently hiring first officers for the Q400, Beech 1900 and Saab 340 for upcoming classes See complete list of Colgan Air’s Crew Bases | |||||||||||
Cabin Crew Job RequirementsColgan Air is looking for flight attendants with the following qualifications: • Be at least Eighteen (18) years of age. • Possess a High School diploma or GED. • Valid driver’s license. • Excellent communication and decision making skills, confidence and positive attitude. • Be a team player. • 20/40 correctable vision • Fluently read, write and speak the English language. • Able to work a variety of shifts and overtime. • Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime. • Due to the internal size of our aircraft height must be under 6’. • Have full use of all 5 senses. • Physically fit, well groomed and practice good hygiene. • Able to lift 60 pounds to shoulder height. • Able to attend 2-3 weeks of classroom and line training in Manassas, VA. • Be willing to accept and work with changes in scheduling, including holidays and weekends. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986. | |||||||||||
