- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
- FAA First Class Medical certificate
- Current in accordance with FAR 61.57
- Logged 20 hours of flight time in the past six months
- Valid passport
- Aged at least 23 years
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in English
