Company IntroductionFrontier Airlines is a low-cost airline based in Denver, Colorado. The carrier operates flights throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Two thirds of its US destinations west of the Mississippi River. Frontier Airlines operates a fleet of A318/319/320, Dash 8 Q400, and Embraer E-170 aircraft. On April 10, 2008, Frontier announced that it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to its credit card processor, First Data, attempting to withhold significant proceeds from ticket sales. | ||||||||
Flight Crew RequirementsFrontier Airlines are currently hiring pilots. Requirements: • ATPL • FAA First Class medical • 2,500 hours fixed wing • 1,500 hours multi-engine • 500 hours pilot in command • 500 hours jet (turbo-jet or turbo prop) • FCC license • Authorized to work in the United States • Possess a valid passport Preferred, but not required: • Six months experience with a Part 121 or Part 135 • Fixed wing multi-engine turbo-jet experience • 500+ hours in last 12 months • Four year college degree | ||||||||
Cabin Crew Job RequirementsFrontier Airlines are currently accepting applications for flight attendants. Requirements • High school graduation or equivalency • MUST BE 21 years of age to begin the interview process • Between 5’1" and 6’4" in height without shoes • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience • Ability to obtain a current passport | ||||||||
