Job Description

Domicile: Shenzhen

Leave Options: 8 weeks on 20 days off for 4 times and 6 weeks on 14 days off for 1 time periodically

Overtime Paid
Flight hours over 80 hours paid at US$150.00/H
Flight Base: Initial base of operations will be Shenzhen
Travel: Donghai Airlines shall pay US$10,200 for pilot/spouse/direct relatives as international travel allowance each year.

Annual Bonus
Donghai will pay the annual bonus as below:
After finish 12 months´services: 10,000USD;
After finish 24 months´services: 11,000USD;
After finish 36 months´services: 12,000USD.

Sick Leave: 10 days as sick leave (must provide doctor´s letter as proved.)

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- ATPL with B737type rating issued by an ICAO country
- Valid Class I Medical
- English proficient
- No accidents
- No criminal record
- 3,000 hours TT and >500 hours PIC in type
- 3-year experience in international flight
