Dynamic Airways Maintenance Instructor

Job Description:
The Maintenance Instructor position supports Dynamic Airways by developing and conducting training for all aspects of the Technical Operations Team.
Job Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Instructor develops courseware and web based training as needed to ensure compliance and development of Technical Operations team members; provides creation and instruction of procedures, processes, techniques, Federal Aviation Regulations, and other governmental regulations; conducts training in a way that ensures compliance with ATOS requirements and company procedures; creates training curriculums, syllabuses, quizzes, and exams used to train company team members in technical and regulatory topics as well as create, facilitate, and track recurrent training. The Maintenance Instructor will also work closely with the CASS Manager to ensure process improvement through training and adjusting training as required and coordinate with the Director of Maintenance, Director of Quality, and other maintenance managers to identify subject matter that requires instruction. Additional responsibilities include tracking training conducted for team members and providing training notifications to managers, developing and executing the Technical Operations training plan and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates must possess knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations regarding aircraft worthiness, knowledge of 14 CFR Part 121 training requirements and practices, a minimum of five years´ experience teaching aircraft maintenance courses, good classroom presence and teaching skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite. Applicants must also possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a two year degree in a related field required. A four year degree in a related field is preferred. Applicants must be willing to travel to locations requiring training and be able to work side by side with Technicians and assist as required. Possessing a valid A&P license is preferred.
