VSC is looking for a qualified candidate to provide source inspection support as it pertains to Quality Assurance. This project has a workload of 40 hours per week for 3 months in Carson City, NV.
Frequency: Approximately 40 hours per week
Duration: 3 months
Duties/Tasking: Perform final acceptance inspections in accordance with AS9102 and verifying supporting documentation.
Requirements:
Prior experience performing final acceptance source inspections
Familiar and conversant with AS9102 document
Prior inspection experience with commercial aircraft parts components and assemblies
Recent hands-on experience using ANSI Y14.5
Good mechanical inspection skills and competence with standard inspection measuring equipment
Documentation Knowledge:
Shipping Documents,
C of C
Material certification
PO requirements and part drawings
Inspection reports and FAA form 8130 tags
