POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the comfort, safety and handling of the passengers in compliance with the FAR´s and Inflight Services Manual.

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Shall report during flight to the Pilot-in-Command, and at all other times to the Chief Flight Attendant
- At times must be available to report for duty, to Williston Airport, within 90 minutes of trip notification
- Responsible to maintain current knowledge of all inflight and emergency procedures
- Responsible for preflight inspection in relation to cabin duties
- Responsible for cabin cleanliness and sanitary conditions of commissary and associated serving equipment
- Responsible for inflight service as prescribed in company policies and procedures
- Responsible for promoting passenger satisfaction in a professional manor
- Make various informational and safety related announcements
- Assist the flight crew and/or customer service representative as needed to ensure prompt departures
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
- Knowledge of overall Company policies and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Must write, speak and understand English
- Must be available to work flexible hours and days including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires overnights away form home up to 20 nights a month. Schedules change monthly.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to sit in flight attendant jumpseat with seatbelt and harness properly fastened
- Height must not exceed 5 feet 11 inches

Education or Formal Training:
- High School diploma
- Must be in good standing with Company
