Manager Private Charter Sales
- Meet or exceed agreed Private charter sales.
- Have a clear understanding of the factors that lead to success in the Private charters and how they interact with each other.
- Develop and manage excellent Customer Relationships at a mid- level and senior-management level at airlines, integrators and forwarders.
- Diversify Maximus Business portfolio by identifying and developing new customer (growth) opportunities for charter
- Diversify Maximus Business portfolio by identifying and developing new customer opportunities by having excellent Private charter business market awareness
- Be able to understand, build and manipulate Charter sales quotes.
- Assist the VP commercial to coordinate the collective effort of commercial, operational and service delivery teams to achieve Business Unit goals.
- Assist the CFO to coordinate the collective effort to always having a very competitive pricing structure.
- During contract negotiations and quote preparation, coordinate activities with the CFO and COO (for Engineering, Flight Operations and Ground Operations) to ensure Maximus is able to execute as contractually agreed.
- Contribute to the Maximus budget through effectively forecasting and delivering Private charter sales targets.
- Provide insights and market knowledge to support growth plan of the Maximus charter fleet.
- Provide continuously feedback to Business Development and Strategy to keep updated the competitor and market analysis.
- Manage/coach/develop and provide direction for the Private charter sales Team.
- Coordinate aircraft insurance in conjunction with the CFO.
- Develop heavily the Maximus Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in the Private charter sales.
- Complete relevant performance appraisals for team.
- Completion of relevant department budget
- Management studies
- Aviation courses and sound sales experience in charter business
- Commercial skills, networking, analytical skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Awareness of aircraft capabilities and operating costs
- Comprehensive knowledge of cargo, aircraft knowledge and specifications
- 10 years in sales
