POSITION: NDI Technician
LOCATION: Cheyenne, WY (CYS)
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Base Manager
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full Time

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

As required perform duties as NDI Technician including Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic Testing, Fluorescent Penetrant and Dye Penetrant inspections.Learn and understand basic skills as a aircraft mechanicSupervised removal and replacement of various aircraft components.General servicing of aircraft.Clean and prep aircraft and parts for inspection and repair.Perform all tasks as assigned in accordance with Company and FAA operating standards.Completion of daily training report.Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Maintain your work area in a neat, clean and safe condition at all times.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

May stand continuously up to four hours at a timeWorking outside in inclement weatherElevated noise levelWorking in confined areas

Qualifications

- High School diploma or equiv.
- Must have valid Driver´s License
- In good standing with Company
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and their use
- Airframe and Powerplant License preferred
- Must have Ultrasonic Testing Endorsement
