VSC is looking for a qualified candidate to provide NDT Inspection support as it pertains to Quality Assurance. This project has an expected workload of 40 hours per week on a contract basis in Gardena. The projected duration is 2-weeks of support every quarter. Proof of Level II NDT certification is required. All candidates must be highly experienced in performing Ultrasonic and Magnetic Testing.
Requirements
- More than 1-year in the last three (3) years of Aerospace Inspection experience
- Proof of NDT Level II Certification
- Prior experience performing UT and MT
- Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor (1099)
- Recent inspection experience with commercial aircraft parts, components and assemblies
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
- Good communication and writing skills
