Job Description

Job Purpose
To generate business by maximizing revenue and profit for the company in line with company mission statement.

- To coordinate between Charter Sales Executives that all quotes are sent on time and in line with the agreed pricing policy.
- In coordination with Manager Charter Sales and Government Sales to maximize sales revenue by utilizing governmental flights and ferry sectors.
- To monitor the incoming inquiries and follow up on potential business. To always try to combine inquiries in order to maximize revenue.
- In coordination with Charter Sales Executives, make sure that PACS is always updated with latest fuel and airport charges.
- Ensure that the Flight folders are always updated by the Charter Sales Executives (Commercial and Government).
- Train all new Charter Sales Executives in accordance with the company´s mission statement and pricing policy.
- Manage the relationships with customers (Commercial sector).
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
- Ensure that a flight request for each confirmed flight (Commercial + Government) is sent on time.
- Ensure a weekly report on all the inquiries received is circulated within appropriate departments.
- In coordination with Finance, ensure that payment for the flights have been received before aircraft departure.

Qualifications

- Business degree.
- Extensive Aviation courses and sales experience.
- Commercial skills, networking, supervising, analytical skills, computer literate.
- Awareness of aircraft capabilities and operating costs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cargo, aircraft knowledge, specifications.
- 5 years in the cargo related aviation.

Advantageous is an Aviation Degree and fluency in Arabic.
