Job Description

Our Client has an immediate requirement for an EU National

Description/Tasks - Permanent Position
- Responsible for the motivation of dedicated staff (as per assigned organizational chart)
- Responsible for defining the necessary training within the individual annual appraisals
- Define the best way of communication within the team and towards third parties according to the company philosophy
- Responsible for the creation of a meeting structure per project to provide proper information flow to project teams
- Define individual responsibilities within the project teams
- Support Department Manager with resource planning/allocation
- Responsible for the delivery of all necessary documents on time and with the highest quality with respects to company planning
- Support the Engineering Project Manager with technical and manpower issues
- Support Department Manager by providing critical project relevant information in a timely manner in order to avoid late actions

Support Organizational changes:
- Support Department Manager with coordinating departmental changes by involving all relevant departments / Support Company changes
- Establish all necessary competences: Specialists / Check and approval
- Support Department Manager for the improvement actions within the department: Process, Product, Drawing Methodology

Production Support:
- Delivery of relevant data on time and on quality / Support all changes in production with respect to DOA and POA
- Support the Department Manager in yearly budget planning with the involvement of all department supervisors and all other necessary departments
- Support the Department Manager in providing transparency to all deviations including risk mitigations
- Support clear and efficient change management
- Support all financial issues regarding Sub-contracting
- Establish a good relationship to all departments

Qualifications

- Knowledge of existing tools e.g. CATIA/AUTOCAD
- Project Lead experience
- Maintains high communication skills
- Experience in engineering and design of electrical systems on VIP completion aircraft
- High level of knowledge in regards to the certification process including DOA/DOE
- Two to Four years college or equivalent education or experience in electrical or electronic principles
