Company IntroductionScenic Airlines is famous all over the world for its Grand Canyon flights and many other tours to the great National Parks of the United States. Over 10 million customers have visited the Grand Canyon and other National Parks with Scenic Airlines since it’s first flight in 1967. Scenic Airlines was purchased by the Halvoron family (Grand Canyon Airlines) in March 2007 and now the combined operation is the largest fixed-wing air tour company in the world. It operates a fleet of 16 De Havilland Twin Otter Vistaliners. | ||||||||
Flight Crew / Pilot JobsScenic Airlines is currently accepting resumes from pilots. Positions are for the 2010 Tour Season. Hiring will begin in April, and the Tour Season normally terminates in October. Minimum Requirements • Applicants must have a minimum of 1,000 PIC helicopter flight hours, including 100 hours of cross-country flight time, at least 25 hours of which were at night. • No previous turbine time is required • A helicopter instrument rating is preferred, but not required • Applicants will be required to work a 14-hour duty day on a 7 & 7 or 4 & 3 schedule • Applicants must be detail oriented and have excellent communication and customer service skills | ||||||||
