After several years operating as a low-cost carrier, it improved services to become a so-called (self-described) "new world carrier" - essentially a business model with aspects of the "no frills" approach of low-cost carriers but offering services more in line with full-service airlines. In 2011 it took the strategy further with new uniforms, new on board catering and new wide-body aircraft.

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
Fluent in English
Valid passport with 12 month validity
Australian Senior Level First Aid Certificate
Able to relocate to desired crew base
Strong face-to-face customer service experience
Able to work a rotating roster over 7 day 24hr period
Able to reach a height of 180cm

Crew bases: Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Auckland, Christchurch
