WestJet Airlines is currently hiring pilots.

• Transport Canada ATPL
• 1,500 hours total time
• 500 hours fixed wing Pilot in Command
• 500 hours fixed wing Multi-Engine
• Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Instrument Rating
• Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical
• Scheduled Airline and / or Military flight experience preferred
• Glass cockpit and / or FMS experience preferred
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Valid Canadian Passport or Permanent Resident Card
• Visas as necessary to operate within WestJet’s route network
• High School Diploma (post secondary degrees / diplomas preferred)
• Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)

• Aged at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English
• Able to reach 183cm (72") flat-footed without shoes
• Height less than 6’2” including footwear with a maximum 2 inch heel
• Able to lift 50lbs from floor to waist and 22lbs overhead
• High School Diploma (post secondary education preferred)
• 5 years experience in customer service
• 2 years sales experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Computer literate
• Valid passport with unrestricted travel
• Able to travel away from home for night stops
• Flexible to work shifts around the clock and be on standby
