There are always two sides and the comments I cannot confirm - absolutely nonsense in my point of view. I did my flight training there and I can tell the training and support is good. The airplanes are good for training. Yes it can happen that some planes are out for maintenance, but this is standard practice everywhere. If you have been flying at different flight schools or flying clubs you know this can happen. The instructors are very flexible and keep you on the toes. I liked it as this sharpens your skills. Certainly having a bit fun included. Flying in LJLJ is challenging and you have the chance to fly in and out of an international airport LJLJ. So you learn a lot, while you are there. I did my IFR and CPL there in 2017. So everything fine and I always look forward to get back there for any renewal of my license. All the people are friendly and nice. Best of all you are not a number as on other flight schools. Almost like a family. If you like you can ask me for reference. Marc

These guys are unbelievable... I paid almost 50.000 EUR for training and before I paid they told me, that I´ll have the best quality training and that I will finish even before 1,5 years… It turns out that I needed 1 year and almost 90 hours just for PPL!!! because supposedly there were no airplanes available, even though they were parked on the apron, or no instructors available, because they were too busy drinking beer in the morning with the HT in his office! So I said listen guy this is too much, I´m terminating the contract, let me have my money back, deduct the refund for the 90-hour PPL and I´ll go somewhere else. And they were: No, no, no, you paid what you paid, there´s no refund, even if you haven’t done the rest of the training. I had my lawyer already sent them a "love letter"… HowardJR

Everything is really poor as said before, the team is unprofessional, they lie a lot, the attitude toward the students is really bad. The training takes atleast 2.5 years. They cannot afford the maintenance for their fleet. Around 15 Students left the school, and the Instructors are leaving too. The ATPL course and everything else is a disaster. I´ve been training here for the past 18 months and ever since the previous management crew left things are going from bad to worse. No flying, attitude towards the students is awful, student get lied to and yelled on on a daily basis. The new owners are draining the school and Adria Airways and I vould suggest to keep away from Brnik. Sarro

I just finished my ab initio training in AFCC and no critics from my side... I only had to pay a few hundred euros extra, because I needed additional instructor time on IR, but if you do everything by the book, its all good... Andreas

They deceived me. They told me only lies to convince me to pay but then they did not keep their promises. In the end I had to leave because I was ONLY wasting time and money. When I left, they kept most of my money. Another pilot student left for the same reason. The student pilots there spend between 7 and 12 months to take the PPL because they have only 3 small planes and many students. They promise that is possible to complete the full pilot program in 16 months but students there spend on average 28 months to finish everything and this is because they have few planes and many students, but they want all the money, 50000 Euro, in 12 months! They lie lie lie. Francesco
