AirCenter 1 exists to:
- Offer quality flight instruction within a framework that accommodates the schedules of our clients.
- Provide excellent aircraft for use by our clients at reasonable rates.
- Promote safety among our regular renters and
assist international students pursuing flight training in the United States.
We are located in the historic terminal building on Bowman Field (2815 Taylorsville Rd.) in Louisville, Kentucky. We provide professional ground and flight training for private, instrument, commercial, CFI, CFII and ATP certificates/ratings. Also offered are flight reviews, instrument proficiency checks and refresher courses.
Accelerated Courses - Financing Available
All flights are subject to weight limitations of the aircraft and weather permitting. A maximum number of passengers is determined by the total weight of aircraft prior to departure.
All aircraft require a checkout by an AirCenter1 Certified Flight Instructor before solo flight is permitted. Minimum time requirements apply to complex aircraft. Prices do not include state and airport taxes.
In order to keep our rates as low as possible, a fuel surcharge is added, based on daily fuel prices. Deposit locks in current rate.
---10-Day Instrument Course: $6,916 (Student Aircraft: $2,998)
Up to 25 hrs. in CE-172P and up to 10 hrs. on PCTAD
---3-Day Commercial Course: $2,975 (Student Aircraft: $1,882)
Up to 9.5 hrs. in PA28R-200
---5-Day CFI Course: $3,975 (Student Aircraft: $2,495)
9.5 hrs. dual instruction
---3-Day CFII Course: $2,419 (Student Aircraft: $1,482)
8.5 hrs. dual instruction
