ENAC was founded in Paris in 1948, and moved to Toulouse in 1968. It is a public corporation with an administrative vocation, and operates under the supervision of the French Ministry of Transport / DGAC (Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile, the French equivalent of CAA/FAA). ENAC’s mission is to provide ab-initio and further training for the executives and main players of the civil aviation world.
