Inland Paraflite, Inc. has been providing training for powered parachutes since 1993. The Chief Flight Instructor is Phil Dietro, who has been flying powered parachutes (also called PPC’s) since 1992. He holds an FAA CFI for PPC’s, and is an FAA DPE (Designated Pilot Examiner) and SFIE (Sport Flight Instructor Examiner) for powered parachute.

Inland Paraflite offers training to earn a sport pilot certificate for 2 place powered parachutes and also offers training for single seat ultralight powered parachutes that meet the FAR part 103 rule.

We offer a complete and professional ground school for powered parachute done on Power Point, and this takes the student through all of the required material so that they know the material and are confident with it and are able to easily pass the FAA written knowledge test the 1st time. We also do a practical test prep program, and having an FAA examiner doing the prep gives our students a leg up on knowing what to expect on the practical test/check ride.

Inland Paraflite offers a 14 day accelerated sport pilot course that includes all of the required FAA dual flight training and solo time, all needed books and training materials, all test costs.
