Nordflyg Training Center - First Officer Program

Nordflyg Training Center´s First Officer Program is designed to take you from Zero experience to being the holder of a Commercial Pilot License with 1500 hour total time.

As the years progress finding pilot jobs is getting harder and harder. Gone are the days of doing your pilot education and finding a first officer job with only 200 hours. Now days the airlines want to see you having some airline experience. And after paying half a million SEK for your education, the pressure to find employment afterwards is very strong.

Therefore at Nordflyg Training Center we have packaged our training with all the necessary flying time PLUS if you pass the required company tests after your education, you will be employed by Nordflyg Air Logistics to fly cargo on turbine aircraft for up to 800 hours to give you those valuable flying hours needed to score your next job in an international airline.

Nordflyg Air Logistics started operations in 1952, and has since then flown tens of thousands of commercial flight hours with all types of aircraft from helicopters to turbo prop cargo aircraft and business jets.

After Nordflyg Air Logistics you will be upgraded onto the Eclipse 500 Business Jet at Nordflyg Jet Management where you will be employed for up to another 500 hours jet time.

During your training you will be studying the training course in modules and each module has been approved by the European JAA licensing authority. The modules included in the program are:

Private Pilot License (PPL)
Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
Multi Engine Rating (ME)
Instrument Rating (IR)
Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC)
