The Officer Don Flight Training Academy is Kentucky´s premier helicopter flight school. Located at the Georgetown-Scott County Regional Airport (27K), just minutes outside Lexington, KY, our flight school offers helicopter training toward private, commercial, and CFI ratings. 27K is a non-towered airport that enables quick access to the 5,500ft runway saving the student valuable time.

Our part 61 curriculum provides a customized training approach that is tailored to the needs of each student. We aren´t held to a strict schedule and can cater to your schedule and learning style.
