About

Rewarding and well paid careers are waiting for those with the aptitude and determination to pursue careers in Air Traffic Control. If you are looking to transfer military or overseas skills, enhance existing skills or start a new career in these areas then Resource training, as part of Resource group is the ideal place to train, as it is unique in being able to offer both career specific training as well as recruitment services within a single company.

Resource training has excellent relations with major aviation recruiters and is highly regarded within the industry for the quality of its instruction, borne from the extensive skills and experience of its training team. Maintaining the technological edge is also a key feature of the training centre, using the most appropriate and advanced simulation and training equipment. A recent move has embraced Web Based Training, allowing students to pre-study elements of their course in advance of their training. This means more information can be delivered during their course providing added value and cost effectiveness. Training has also been enhanced by the recent addition of a Flight Awareness Training Device, providing students with flight deck and flight awareness, aiding their understanding of pilot workload and the airspace in which they are training.

Students attending the training centre enjoy a warm welcome by the friendly support team, who are on hand to ensure their student life at the centre is comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the centre allows for easy access to the M4, is less than 2 hours from London and conveniently located for Bristol and Cardiff Airports. There are a range of accommodation options available, including our preferred partner, The Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel and Spa, only a short walk from the centre. Our students receive greatly reduced rates and enjoy the first class facilities and menus.
