We offer a liberal arts core curriculum combined with a comprehensive professional aviation education in a specialty of your choice. Here in the heartland of the United States, you will get all-season flight training that will make your learning experience at UND exciting, rewarding and fun.

Our aviation program is second to none. UND is home to the most technologically advanced collegiate complex in the world and has one of the world´s largest training fleets. We were the first school in the nation to offer an undergraduate business degree combined with in-depth education and professional flight training, and we continue to provide our students with professional knowledge supported by a well-rounded liberal arts education.

Aviation Degree Programs
The Department of Aviation offers seven different majors in two degree programs.

Master of Aviation
The M.S. in Aviation degree provides the necessary educational background for aviation industry professionals to solve problems within the field of aviation including airlines, corporate aviation, general aviation and airport management.

UND Aviation Scholarships
Each year approximately $300,000 in UND Aviation scholarships and training awards are granted to students enrolled at UND majoring in aviation.

Financial Aid
UND utilizes the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Renewal Application as its application for all financial aid. The aid available includes grants, work study and loan programs.
