A Top-Tier Flight School Created by the Airlines

The pilot shortage is real, and there will be tremendous employment opportunities for new pilots over the next several years. However, airlines continue to hire only the most qualified pilots, which means where you receive your training matters.

Aerosim Flight Academy is a top-tier flight school that was originally created by the airlines (Comair/ Delta). Because our training structure was developed by the airlines, our instruction is rooted in the discipline required to turn students into successful airline pilots.

Placement with our Regional Airline Partners

Aerosim has partnership agreements with several regional airlines, including American Eagle, Compass, GoJet, Trans State and more. These airlines are so confident in the training provided at Aerosim Flight Academy that they offer conditional job offers to students who qualify BEFORE they even graduate from flight training.

In the past 5 years alone, we have successfully placed more than 275 flight instructors at 29 different airlines.

Professional Pilot Program

The ultimate goal of our Professional Pilot Program is to help students become flight instructors at the Academy* so they have the qualifications needed to land a job within the airline industry. Our Professional Pilot Program is not only a structured Part 141 FAA approved program, but it is fully accredited as well. Our instruction is rooted in the same practices students will encounter at the airlines, meaning our students are being prepared for an airline position from Day 1.

100% Financing Available to Those Who Qualify

The cost of flight training is expensive. Unlike most flight schools, at Aerosim Flight Academy, we have the ability to offer 100% financing for the cost of attendance and Financial Aid options to those who qualify.

Become a Pilot in 12 Months

While other industries are cutting back, the airline industry is thriving and now experiencing a pilot shortage that will create tremendous employment opportunities for new pilots over the next several years. Now is the time start your training.

In 12 short months, you can earn your Commercial Pilot´s License and Instructor Ratings at Aerosim Flight Academy and start building the hours needed to apply for a position with one of our regional airline partners.

*Aerosim Flight Academy guarantees our graduates an interview to be potentially hired as a Flight Instructor. Hiring is based on multiple factors, including candidateĀ“s past training performance, communication and teaching skills and the needs of the company.
