Gippsland Helicopters is situated a little over one and a half hours down the freeway from Melbourne city. We offer ab initio training to commercial helicopter standard and flying instructor training. Our comprehensive courses are based around the Bell 47 and Robinson R44 helicopters. Training in Gippsland gives us unlimited access to the near mountains coastal plains and oceans. With Helimed and Gippsland aeronautics (Airvan and now Nomad builders) as our neighbours we will ensure a full absorption in aviation. Ample accommodation from budget bunkhouse to 5 star is within walking distance for those who would want to have a full on run at their licence or rating.
