TAFE College Seremban is the oldest private training provider for the Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Technology programme in Malaysia from as early as 1996.The Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Technology programme is fully accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency,the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and the Public Services Department of Malaysia. On completion of the 3 years' Diploma programme, students progress to UK to complete Degree and licensing. Alternatively,students seek the employment pathway to move towards licensing while in employment in various airline companies. The College, in collaboration with ATB ( Air-Tech Bildung of Germany ) is an Approved Organisation to the requirements of EASA-Part 147 by the German Aviation Authority with REFERENCE DE.147.0014. Approvals are for EASA Part 66 Category A and B 1.1 and B 1.2. In January 2011, training sessions will commence for B 1.1.The College has one of the best facilities in the region with workshops and laboratories. The college is a nonprofit community college and therefore,the fee is the lowest in the region. The campus is located 65 km away from KL city centre and 60 km away from KL International Airport.The college has strong collaborative partnerships with industries locally for training.The course is fully taught in English.There is a strong blend of local and international students. Accommodation is available on campus.Enquiries are welcome.
