Aptech Aviation and Hospitality Academy is a brand of Aptech Limited, India. The course is offered in Malaysia since 2010.
Aptech Certified Professional in Cabin Crew Services is a three months comprehensive certificate course for school leavers ambitious to become a Cabin Crew.
The course has TEN modules in total that emphasizes on communication skills especially in English Language where the students will be trained to speak the language with confidence to any international airlines passengers.
As they will work as customer service personnel the students are taught to project high self esteem through professional appearance.
At the end of course the students will have good understanding on the background of aviation industry, their role as Cabin Crew Every student personality will be enhanced to project soft skills attributes of leadership, team work, corporate etiquette, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills among others.
As getting through the airlines interviews are crucially important, students will be taught to prepare resumes and will go through intensive interview workshop and mock interview session with external interviewers.
We provides job placement assistant with local and international airlines. In-house screening will be done prior to enrolling to these three months course to assure employability upon course completion.
In order to prepare the students for internal airlines examination, the training program includes four examination papers and three practical exams.
