Artic’s Air Academy

Artic´s Air Academy (AAA) provides the most comprehensive training in Alaska. We train domestic and foreign students. AAA is the place you need to go to get your license. We provide training for Private through the Commercial ratings. We also provide Gyrocopter training and Light Sport Airplane training.

The scenic views and non congested areas we fly in allow you to enjoy your training without feeling rushed. If you want to fly in mountains or in the bush, we are here for you. Our rates are posted on our website. We always have great specials going on for our foreign students and our Veterans.

AAA is located at the Palmer airport in the Susitana Valley one hour from Anchorage. The owners are Ken More and Artic Wikle. Artic has been flight instructing for over 20 years. He is also a Captain on a Boeing 737. Artic has always demanded the best in flight instruction and it shows. His students become accident free, safe pilots.
