Buckeye Flying Service

Central Ohio´s seaplane training program was started by Captain Richard Belford using his seaplane training program in float, hull and amphibious seaplanes. This effort was made in cooperation with the Ohio Departments of Natural Services Parks Div., Transportation, Aviation Div., and follows the USCG guidelines of operations of seaplanes on the water and respecting the FAA while operating in the Ohio skies.
