We are a flight school founded by a family steeped in aviation. Whether you want to become a pilot for business/utility, recreational or career purposes, Fischer Aviation will be committed to you every step of the way.

We understand that no two students are exactly the same, and therefore each of you will receive individualized training with a dedicated flight instructor and a schedule tailored to your needs.

No attention to detail has been overlooked from our clean, well maintained airplanes to our modern classroom and comfortable student lounge. Also, we have recently added an AATD (simulator) to complement our fleet - The Precision Flight Controls CRX MAX ProMotion. We are the first school to provide training in this new, expanded five screen AATD with an enclosed cockpit, which is the most advanced simulator of this type available anywhere. The CRX Max is approved to simulate 30 different aircraft, both single and multi-engine, and can be used for instrument training, ATP training and currency, as well as for visual flight training.

Our school is open every day and is conveniently located in the Essex County Airport (KCDW) off Rte 80 and Rte 46. We are 30 minutes from Manhattan and easily accessible by public transportation.
