Hindustan Aerospace and Engineering, situated in Aundh, Pune was approved in the year 2005 by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India to impart Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. As the regulatory requirements have changed to meet the 21st century´s challenge, the institute has also been approved as per the latest regulation i.e. CAR- 147( Basic) by Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India. This CAR is issued under Rule 133B of Aircraft Rule 1937 derived from Aircraft Act 1934(All to 1934) passed by the Indian parliament.

The institute is one of the Best & progressive institutes under the banner of SHA-SHIB GROUP which has earned its name as “The largest group in south Asia for imparting training in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering”. This group has completed 32 glorious years in delivering various academic programs across the globe with an aim to Impart Futuristic technical education and instills high patterns of Discipline, Making our students technologically superior and ethical strong, who in turn shall improve the quality of knowledge and behavior as per corporate Industry.
