School of Aeronautical Mechanics Technician (Formerly Departament Aeronautic CFO La Paperera).
The school offers the Basic Knowledge to obtain the Aeronautical Mechanics License (AML) in the categories B1.1 and B1.2. The study last 2 years to complete the basic knowledge. After this time, and once approved, the students do 400/450 hours in an official EASA Part 145 repair station.
The school has signed agreements with the main companies (IBERIA, Spanair, etc) to let the students do their practice in a real work environment.
The school is placed in Vilanova i la Geltru, a small town near Barcelona. The facilities include a hangar with 2 airplanes, turbine engines and reciprocating engines.
