Lansing Community College
LCC Aviation Maintenance Technology Center is a FAA-Part 147 Maintenance School. that has been in operation since 1975. The school is re-locating to Mason-Jewett Airport, Mason, MI effective August 22, 2013.
Department Approval is required for entering the program. This can be accomplished by scheduling an interview appointment with the Aviation Program Coordinator.
Lansing Community College requires that all first-time students take Placement Testing and Orientation prior to starting classes. Financial Aid Accepted. LCC has a very active Veteran Affairs office to assist with any questions concerning GI Bill funding. LCC is a Veteran Friendly College.
Academic awards: 3 Certificates of Completion and Accomplishment in General, Airframe, and Powerplant; 2 Associate Degrees in Airframe and Powerplant. Job referral services available. Articulations available for transfer to local university for completion of a Bachelor of Science degree.
