Madiba Bay School of Flight

MBSF has been operating as a flight school since the beginning of 2009. We have in the past 14 months acquired 5 brand new Sling 2 aircraft which we use for our ab initio training. The school currently flies around 400 hours a month. We are very proud of the standard recently displayed by our candidates who tested for Multi Engine Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating on our recently purchased Piper Twin Comanche.

We select our instructors with great care and presently have 6 full time instructors.Our students just seem to progress at a good rate and they complete their training in excellent time. Our experience has been that our candidates have completed their training all the way from zero to Multi Engine Commercial with Instrument Rating in 9 months to a year.

We place great emphasis on encouraging pilots to think for them selves and in developing the pilot-in-command mindset. Our students say that what they love most about flying with us is the amount of freedom they enjoy as we partner with them in their training. Our flight school is a happy place.
