Middle Earth Flying School

Our Mission at Middle Earth Flying School is to educate and empower the next generation of professional aviators. Owned and run by professional pilots, the team at MIDDLE EARTH FLYING SCHOOL is dedicated to passing on our passion for flying to our students.

We are registered with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and currently offer training at all levels from PPL through to MEIR.

The region is home to a popular surfing destination - Raglan. Movie set for ´Lord of the Rings´ and ´The Hobbit´, 40 minute drive from New Zealand most popular tourist destination - Rotorua. 1.3 hours to our capital city - Auckland.

Our strengths are in our vast contrasts in airspace, offering mountain, coastal and night flying in both controlled/uncontrolled airspace.

We are priced extremely competitively and boast high success rates in record times.

All Instructors are highly regarded within the New Zealand Aviation sectors with an excellent range of planes suitable for easy license conversion in your home country.
