Monmouth Area Flying Club

Lakewood, New Jersey

Located at pilot friendly Lakewood Airport (N12) in Lakewood, NJ just off Exit 89 of the Garden State Parkway, the Monmouth Area Flying Club comprises approximately 125 coed members ranging in age from high school students to a World war II veteran pilot. Originally the Fort Monmouth Army Flying Club, the MAFC was separated from all military affiliation in 1985.

We currently have a fleet consisting of two Cessna 152s, two Cessna 172s, a Piper Archer and a Piper Arrow. Our latest 152 will soon have a GPS, and the other aircraft are already GPS equipped. The Archer and Arrow are already ADS-B compliant. Further information is available through the website/telephone number above.
