As an airline pilot, I wanted my sons to learn how to fly at the best possible airport and flight school. I found KHWO to be a perfect airport with its lighter traffic, 4 runways, and an ATC tower. NS Aviation, a Part 141 flight training facility located within, turned out to be another fantastic choice. I found it to be a very professional school. My oldest son obtained all of his ratings up through ATP there (he´s now earning a living flying jets!) while my youngest is currently working on his private license. Their airplanes are well-maintained (I’ve flown them) and each student is treated like a part of the owner’s personal family. He happens to be a retired US Air Force pilot who knows what it takes for his students to succeed! NS Aviation is equipped with an in-house written testing facility, an instrument procedures simulator, and is also certified to train foreign students. My boys and I highly recommend NS Aviation and its fine crew! Manny

Used the school to complete my Instrument (after going through other schools in OPF and FXE), and also used NS Aviation to complete my Commercial. Very well run school, where safety and quality of instruction are the top priority. The operation is geared toward professional training and career discipline, which I liked very much, some of which comes from the owner experience of being a retired military Pilot. Pablo

1.Extremely well maintained airplanes,expensive,average instruction. 2.Poor instruction from South American instructors who have very limited knowledge and experience. 3.Good ones are gone. Indian guy and girl at the front desk are best. 4.Greedy owners! Students pay tax on solo flights, pay extra 5-10% on checks paid out from account for DPE costs. ground brief time is what ever number comes to their mind. 5.Instructors & employees will pass vulgar comments. Do not recommend this place. Do not waste time and money. Do not get ripped off. William
