West Michigan Flight Academy

Our purpose at West Michigan Flight Academy (WMFA) is to give economically disadvantaged urban and rural youth the opportunity to pursue a highly advanced technical career related to Aviation and the Aerospace industries. WMFA create experiences for students that builds character and develop skills in communication, social, technical, professional discipline and accountability.

Flight Instruction
Our adult flight program offers Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial and Flight Instructor training. Our rates are second to none. Aircraft rental starts at $90.00 per hour with fuel and no fuel surcharge.

Our Certified Flight Instructors (CFI, CFII, MEI) provide the highest quality instruction to new pilots interested in obtaining their Private Pilot Licenses and to the licensed pilot interested in earning their instrument and commercial ratings.

Aircraft Rental
Piper Cherokee and Cessna 172 $115.00 per hour and $90.00 per hour for the Cessna 150. (All pricing subject to change)
