Founded by Oren Breedlove, an experienced Helicopter Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Capitol Helicopters is ideally located in California’s capital city of Sacramento, based at Sacramento Executive Airport (KSAC).

The expert staff at Capitol Helicopters is experienced in many different helicopter disciplines. These include Grand Canyon tours, Flight Training, Airborne Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue, Helicopter Logging, Corporate Transport and Heavy Helicopter Fire Fighting.

Based at Sacramento Executive Airport (KSAC), we are a short flight away from the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa’s wine country, majestic Lake Tahoe and the High Sierras. Our central location gives us the ability to provide affordable flight services to a wide variety of desirable destinations.

We are a Part 61 and Part 141 approved Flight School, allowing us to offer the greatest flexibility in flight instruction to meet your specific needs.
