South Georgia Technical College

South Georgia Technical College offers three diploma-producting programs:

• Aviation Maintenance Technology
• Avionics Maintenance Technology
• Aircraft Structural Technology

SGTC also has a "CATS Testing Center" on campus that allows students to take the written FAA exams locally. South Georgia Tech also has a Designated Maintenance Evaluator (DME) to test for the "Oral and Practical" portion of the A & P exams.

SGTC has been providing Aviation Maintenance Technicians for the industry since 1948 and has many cooperative agreements with leading aviation industries.
